SHIPPING AND DELIVERING POLICY
Always tries to deliver the exact product ordered by the customer. If a product is unavailable, a similar product nearest to the description of that ordered, will be delivered. If a product is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail. If there is no response from the customer (query designer: within a few hours), we go ahead and deliver a product that comes closest to that ordered.
1.For day time delivery, delivery time ranges from 10 AM to 8 PM 2.For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM 3.No refund will be made in case orders fails to be delivered within provided time window. 4.Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case. 5.For rescheduling order, you need to inform us at-least 24 hours before delivery time ******If recipient receives the cake in damaged condition***** 1.Recipient should check the cake before signing the receipt. 2.If found damaged, recipient should refuse to accept the cake. 3.Delivery person will return with a replacement. Kindly allow a minimum of 5 hours for the replacement. 4.You can place an order before 3 hours and get home delivery .
